Sharing PDF field reports and offline reading

Publish investigation write-ups, zines, and research PDFs so members can view in-browser or download to read offline.

Many researchers prefer PDFs for formatted reports, case files, and printable handouts. In Create Post, choose Evidence and attach a PDF (up to the platform file limits).

After publishing, the feed shows a document card. Readers can open the PDF in a new tab or save it for offline reading on phone, tablet, or desktop.

Tips for better reach

Add a short summary in the post body explaining what the PDF contains — location, date, methods, and key findings.

Use clear filenames before upload so your audience knows what they are opening.
