Charitable Transparency Policy
The Charity Integration Framework
1. The Fixed Disclosure Mandate
For any official platform monetization feature (such as premium subscription tiers, event ticketing, or marketplace promotion options) that is advertised as supporting a charitable cause—specifically including our integration with the animal welfare charity Cats Protection—the Platform must explicitly disclose:
- The exact percentage of the purchase price or transaction fee that will be donated, or
- The exact fixed monetary amount per transaction that will be transferred directly to the charity.
This disclosure must be displayed prominently at the point of sale before the transaction is finalized.
2. Fraud Control Firewall
This policy is legally linked to Statute 2.2 (Commercial Fraud) of the Paranormal Country Code of Law. It is strictly forbidden for any third-party user, vendor, or organizer to falsely claim that the proceeds from a personal transaction, listing sale (such as a “cursed item” or paranormal gear), or paid spiritual service will be donated to Cats Protection or any other charity.
Any violation of this rule will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of the associated user account.
- Complete hardware and IP bans from accessing the Platform.
- Immediate reporting of the incident, evidence, and user details to civil authorities and consumer protection agencies.
